I got cramps while sleeping?? plz answer!!?

last night night i had a really weird dream.... if u have seen those ramby movies and he goes out to vietnam and does gorilla warfare (or whatever it is) it was sorta like that except, kinda way different. a guy named zumba was like ramby (i was reading about zumba dancing in SELF magazine lolz ;) so during the dream i had cramps, and that made it so in the actual dream i had cramps. when i woke i had some cramping, and then5 minutes later there was a lower back ache. is this normal?
