So im really close friends with this guy we are getting to know each other but he doesnt know if he likes me?

Ok so his family (the guy i like) and my mom are really good friends so during the time that my mom spends with his parents me and him get to talk. My mom has been friends for them for about one year and during that time since the first time i saw him i liked him. The problem was he didnt seem to show any interest for me until like a week ago. He knows im into him .. he told me but when i asked him if he liked me he said i dont know later i texted him and asked the same question i said " if u dont like me then just tell me now please." then he said " a no when i feel the way you feel????? and then i asked " does that mean you do or is it a question?" then he said " i dont know im getting closer to you yes. but i dont know if thats a bad thing but we are still too young. then he said lets wait like for 4 years and see what happens with us. so i said ok so not yet doesnt mean not ever right? and he said right. but now yesturday when i saw him well i was cooking and he came and said "watsup girl you look down" and i said "i barely woke up" he gave me a hug as usual but then what i wasnt expecting A KISS ON MY FOREHEAD?? so he walked away to the living room later we were playing a game i had to follow his fingers to wherever he moved them with my eyes. he started to look me in the eyes and that made me feel butterflys and i was nervous but he kept on staring. but then he ponted at my arm hair and said "you look like a gorilla" and even though i didnt say anything that hurt me really bad. Then he gave me a back masssage and later he had to leave so he gave me a hug and it felt different then other hugs. It lasted longer and tighter and more loving idk how to explain but i pulled back and then he said bye to my mom my little brother and little sister but before he left he gave a kiss on the forehead to my little sister too?? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AND EXPLAIN!! so what did he mean what was that all about??
