Possible for humans to learn to speak to animals if taught young?

hi, this MAY be possible, but like the forbidden experiment, the experiment where babies are put into a white room for most of their childhood and only opened up to be fed to see what they devolop. (this was never done BTW) And to intentionally abandon a human being into the wild to see if they learn the language is also very inhumane, and what for? As an animal interpreter? In this case, the cruelty heavily outweighs the scientific benefits.
