Help on starting to shower in highschool? Girls please?

My mom told me nobody would notice because everyone will be naked. but do girls notice hair, will they judge for having it natural? Cuz I think shaving is a pain. I just don't want people in school calling me jungle gorilla etc. what about trimmed?
